Effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance

The performance of individual human resources greatly affects the success an organization. One main problems that management always faces is performance, so it necessary to know factors influence it, including organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge sharing. faced by PT X Lubuk Basung Branch urged transform each change for better. This study aims measure analyze effect sharing on employees Branch.
 Research quantitatively collecting data through distributing questionnaires population, namely all with a total 46 respondents. analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Smart-PLS software.
 results found had significant positive employee performance. Meanwhile, has but not Simultaneously, variable showed 40.5%.
